My store was a Top 300 Domino’s store (out of ~13,000 at the time) with ~$2 Million in yearly sales and several awards for sales/service/operations.

I have spoken, on request, at regional meetings.

Six of my former Assistant Managers have become General Managers.

World’s top-trained on Domino’s Online training platform (Hive).

Responsibilities

  • Operations: Running shifts, training staff, analyzing metrics, performing customer service, working with vendors, and maintaining standards.

  • Management: Interviewing, scheduling, hiring, training, marketing, setting goals, researching and implementing improvements, and setting the store culture.

Head Assistant Manager - Domino’s

During my tenure as head assistant manager, this store experienced massive sales growth, performance optimizations, and staff satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Responsible for day-to-day operations

  • Running shifts, cross-training staff, maintaining food/labor costs, performing customer service, and maintaining standards.

Delivery Driver - Domino’s

Ensured deliveries were packaged correctly, delivered quickly through usage of shortcuts or low traffic areas while adhering to traffic laws, and was friendly at the door.

Team Member - Target

Sep 2013 - Jul 2014

Unloaded the truck and stacked packages on a rapidly moving assembly line on their correct palettes.

Delivered palettes to appropriate store locations and filled shelves quickly and efficiently.

Ferried carts and baskets from racks throughout the store regularly to ensure the store was stocked and that the racks did not overflow.

Floated to help cashiers, guest services, and food service.
